Risen Savior's Preschool is a children's ministry outreach here at our church. We have been providing the highest quality preschool programs since 1988.

We are a State of Wisconsin licensed program that operates under the direction of the Church Council. The council along with the administrator / director sets policies, determines objectives and evaluates the program.

Our 3-year old teacher is Helene Novak (pictured in photo at right). Helen's experience with teaching children started at Kinder-Care Learning Center. She has also worked at Covenant Lutheran Day Care for 3 years, and has been employed at other day care facilities. Helene has received her Early Childhood 1 & 2 degree, infant toddler course, and Child Psychology.

Our Preschool's mission is to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families through Christ-centered activities that develop the whole child. This will ultimately result in a firm foundation for the child's life long learning and spiritual growth.

Faith Building: There is such a truth to "the faith of a child". We witness daily, as you do, their love for God and Jesus. Children have such a real unfailing belief in Him. They rarely question or have doubts - THAT IS FAITH!! We help build on their natural faith and desire to learn more through Bible stories, prayers and songs.

We start out and end our day with prayer and carry Jesus with us throughout our day. We use our favorite Bible stories for life application and character development.

The stories we share reinforce those same family values that are taught at home, to love and help one another, to obey, listen, share, say "thank you", be patient and how to be a good friend. It is this faith foundation that can make the difference in your child's life now, and for their eternal life.



Learning is Fun! Children feel comfortable and safe which leads to the confidence to explore, discover and learn. In the learning center environment that we provide, each child can develop at their own pace. We provide opportunities in Art, Science, Cooking, Language, Literacy, Math and Music.

There are plenty of opportunities for social and emotional development in our dramatic play and building block centers as well. Our curriculum is based on areas of interest for children so they can relate their learning experiences to the world around them.



Why Risen Savior Preschool? If someone asked us what sets our preschool apart, we would have to say our ability to accomplish academic goals in a fun, caring Christian atmosphere. We like to think of our school as a loving family and a true "home away from home" for your child.
