Troubleshooting - (Windows)

Use this information if you are having trouble viewing site content, or downloading Audio or Video from our site.

Please be aware if you are using a Dial-Up connection, it will be very difficult (if not impossible) to download Audio and Video directly from the site. We do produce CD's of our audio recordings and you can order one through the mail here.

04/30/06 - This issue should now be resolved, as a patch has been installed on our webite's server.

Troubleshooting Audio

The streaming audio content on our site has been thoroughly tested using the WIndows Media Player application.

To Find Media Player on your computer, it is usually located here:

START > PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > ENTERTAINMENT > WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.
Click WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER to open it, and then proceed below.

The following procedure will assure Windows Media Player is set as your default media player for MP3 files:

(1) - From TOOLS, select "Options", (2) - From the OPTIONS box, select the "File Types" tab:

(3) - Make sure the "MP3 audio file (mp3)" box is CHECKED.

(4) - Now click "APPLY".

Audio files (such as our Church Service Recordings)
should now be set to launch in Media Player.

Troubleshooting Video and content display problems

There are many FLASH elements utilized on our website. Even the plain HTML version of our website still has some smaller elements of FLASH.

In Addition, all of the Video content on our site is encoded with Flash 9 (you will not be able to see the video if you are currently running Flash 7 or earlier versions, you will only hear the sound).

You can determine which version of Flash is running on your machine by Right-Clicking over any of these dynamic areas (video/flash animations). It should say "ABOUT FLASH PLAYER 9 ". If it says anything less than 9, please update your player below.

If anything is not displaying properly, installing the Flash 9 plugin should fix these issues:
